The Decware ZCD200 is well known on the Web

The Decware ZCD200 is a modified Teac Tascam CD 200 with tube regulation, tube output,
upgraded IEC plug and output attenuators. The unit comes with tubes and remote control
The Decware ZCD200 analog tube stage runs at reduced voltages for extended tube life and to
eliminate any heat. Even the tube itself only gets barely warm to the touch. The tube stage has been
designed for extended tube life and can run as much as 2 years of continuous use before it needs to
be replaced. An indicator light on the front panel confirms that the tube stage is on and ready, while a
second indicator light comes on with the player.
High quality Gold/Teflon RCA jacks are included for the analog tube outputs and the stock OP AMP
driven outputs are left in tact and operational on the stock RCA jacks. The carefully voiced, single
ended, class 'A' , tube stage is fed direct from the DAC so there are no solid state components in the
analog signal path. Selected top grade resistors throughout and audiophile grade coupling caps are
used with gold ceramic tube socket.
The Teac Tascam CD 200 uses Teac's latest CD 5020A transport with low clamping noise and low
jitter for superior reproduction.
