Product Details
The DAC 68 uses the Analogue Devices 1853 Chip Set. The AD1853 is a
high-performance, single-chip codec featuring four stereo DACs and one stereo ADC.
Each DAC comprises a high-performance digital interpolation filter, a multi bit sigma
delta modulator featuring Analog Devices' patented technology. The DAC 68 uses VCO
for low jitter and accepts three types of inputs from: Coax, optical and AES/EBU. These
inputs are switched the front panel.
The DAC 68 is a fully balanced design and includes RCA outputs and XLR outputs and
a volume control.
The DAC 68 has the same solid construction of the DAC 60 and comes with a 30 day
