The DAC 68 uses the Analogue Devices 1853 Chip Set. The AD1853 is a high-performance, single-chip codec featuring four stereo DACs and one stereo ADC.Each DAC comprises a high-performance digital interpolation filter, a multi bit sigma delta modulator featuring Analog Devices' patented technology. The DAC 68 uses VCO for low jitter and accepts three types of inputs from: Coax, optical and AES/EBU. These inputs are switched the front panel.

Lite DAC AH
The DAC AH uses 8 Phillips chips, and does not over sample. Instead, it uses a technique that uses 8 Phillips TDA-1543 chips in a row. This provides the performance of some of the more modern CD players but at a fraction of the cost.
