Orders that are cancelled before shipping are charged a 8% transaction fee.  If you cancel an order after it is shipped, this becomes a 30 day
return and follows the 30 day refund policy.
Refunds
We do not perform an electronic funds transfer for refunds. A refund check will be mailed to the billing address that was provided on the order
form.
Back Orders
We will make every effort to deliver your orders as promptly as possible.  If you order takes more than 7 days to process, then it is probably back
ordered.  We will follow up with an email to you indicating when we can expect the item to arrive. When your  item arrives we take time for
testing and burn in before shipping. We never charge your card until we are ready to ship.  If your order was cancelled before we charge your
card, the "Cancelled Oder" policy does not apply and you are eligible for a full refund.
Cosmetic Damage
We must be notified via email of any cosmetic damage to a unit within 2 days of receipt of the item.  The email should include pictures of the
damage.  We reserve the right to determine an appropriate remedy to the cosmetic damage whether that be providing replacement parts,
repair by an approved technician, or financial reimbursement.  Items that have cosmetic damage will not be automatically replaced.  All
shipping materials will need to be retained for review by us and the shipping company representative to determine cause of damage.  If all
shipping materials are not retained or more than two days has passed since receipt of the item, we cannot be responsible for any cosmetic
shipping damage claims.   
Shipping Damage
If your  item arrives damaged, we must be notified within 24 hours. Upon notification, we will
send a shipping inspector out to your premises.
DOA - Dead on Arrival
We must be notified via email of any item arriving dead on arrival (DOA) within 2 days of receipt of the item.  The item must be unable to
produce or pass sound or not be powered up to declare it DOA.  We will then provide instructions to return the item and replace the item with a
new one.
